Many search firms claim to be a true partner to their clients, few deliver on that promise.  Your dedicated search consultant at Abt Executive Search will invest the time to learn  and understand your business so that when a placement is made, it is the correct fit for both client and candidate.  We like to think that we take partnering to a new level through our unique shared risk approach to client service and candidate placement.

Shared Risk

Most search firms will send you an invoice for their services the minute an employee walks through the door.  We do things a little different.  Our firm wants you to have the chance to evaluate the employee for a period of 30 days. If it appears to be a great fit, we'll expect payment for one third of the total fee.  As the employee progresses through the typical 90-day introductory period, we will earn the balance of our fee. Or you may take advantage of our generous discount program by paying the total fee when the empolyee starts knowing that the placement is guaranteed for 90 days.  If the employee does not work out for any reason, we replace them at no addational charge.
